AB Legislature OSL Petition – Important Instructions

1. Please use an ink pen to carefully Print your first and last name, with full Alberta address and Postal Code, and written signature. Please note only original signatures with complete addresses are valid. Photocopies and electronic signatures will not be accepted.

2. Adult Legal Alberta Residents, 18 years of age or older, are welcome to sign the Petition. Please do not sign the Petition if you do not qualify as an adult legal Alberta resident. Please only sign the Petition one time.

3. Extra Blank Copies of the Petition may be printed from the Official Website and photocopied for distribution as required.
